Welcome to Solid Rock Talents LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.solidrocktalents.com and the services we offer, including outsourcing, staffing, virtual assistance, digital marketing, and sales funnel creation (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws. You may not use the Services in a way that may damage, disable, or impair our operations or reputation.
2. Client Onboarding
Clients must complete our onboarding process, including service agreement signing, briefing calls, and payment processing, before project commencement or talent placement. We reserve the right to decline service to any party at our sole discretion.
3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your agreement or invoice.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Some services may require upfront payment, especially for project-based or low-ticket offers.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business processes, pricing, personal information, and intellectual property.
5. Talent & Project Ownership

Clients are provided access to vetted professionals through Solid Rock Talents. The Company remains the legal employer unless otherwise stated.

All deliverables and creative work produced by our talents for the client are the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the Services with written notice and in accordance with the termination clause in the agreement. Upon termination, outstanding payments must be settled, and access to talent or platforms will be revoked.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solid Rock Talents LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days for the specific Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Refund Policy
Solid Rock Talents LLC offers professional services, and due to the nature of digital service delivery and talent sourcing, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced or talent has been onboarded.
However, we do offer the following exceptions:

If no services have been delivered and cancellation occurs within 48 hours of payment, a full refund may be processed.

For one-time digital product purchases (e.g., downloadable templates or resources), refunds may be considered if there is a technical issue preventing access, and you contact us within 7 days of purchase.

12. Delivery Policy
Our services are primarily digital and remote. Service delivery occurs through:

Client workspaces (e.g., Trello, Slack, ClickUp)

Scheduled Zoom or video calls

Direct outsourcing or talent assignment via virtual platforms
Delivery timelines depend on the service type:

Talent sourcing typically takes 5–10 business days from onboarding to placement.

Funnel builds and marketing deliverables are usually delivered in phases over 7–21 business days, depending on scope.
We do not ship physical products unless otherwise stated. If a specific deliverable requires shipment (e.g., print materials), we will provide a separate shipping estimate and tracking details.
13. Return Policy
Due to the intangible nature of our services, we do not offer traditional product returns.
However:

For downloadable products (templates, guides, or SOPs), if you experience access issues or file corruption, we will replace the file or offer support within 7 days of purchase.

If a service outcome is not aligned with agreed deliverables, we encourage open communication and will make reasonable revisions to meet expectations as per our agreement.
14. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel service subscriptions or scheduled engagements as follows:
For Subscription Services (e.g., monthly virtual assistance, funnel maintenance):

Cancellations must be made with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

To cancel, email support@solidrocktalents.com or use your client dashboard if applicable.
For One-Time Projects (e.g., funnel builds, digital marketing campaigns):

Cancellation requests made before any work has started may qualify for a partial refund (see refund policy).

Once work has commenced or talent has been assigned, the project is non-refundable but can be paused or rescheduled upon agreement.
